I have been able to extend the life of my hair color by about 2 weeks.

- Use color care shampoo and conditioner (Frederic Fekkai or Pureology work well)
- Apply a protecting glaze for color treated hair (Frederic Fekkai technician glaze)
- Actually any other product you use for volumizing, straightening, etc should be made for color treated hair.
- Shampoo every other day (skip 2 days if you can in the first week)
- Avoid blow drying when you don't need to.
