Itchy

For minor rashes, bumps, or skin irritations I found a product that works better than hydro cortizone. It's called Luxiq but a prescription is required. It's actually used to treat scalp conditions but anytme I get itchy, this is the product that works for me. Hydro cortizone, benadryl, calomine, and Ellidel creams didn't work for me.

Tip: If you're itchy, resist the urge to scratch. If anything, jump into the shower and let the water massage you. But do not scratch because your nails can contain bacteria that spreads the germs and you'll just end up with a bigger rash/bump skin irration area in no time.

Yeah sucks to have skin allergies! Do not scratch and break the skin as it'll spread the irritation and germs!

I heard those steroidal creams aren't good for you...the body gets used to it and builds a tolerance to it.
